Synopsis
Kenneth Walker, a 28-year-old poet, has always been critical of the world around him—so much so that he finds himself lost and isolated within it, retreating into his poetry. His loneliness takes a dark turn when he becomes unhealthily obsessed with Nancy, a woman who once helped him after an injury. Convinced their fleeting interactions mean something more, Kenneth clings to the illusion of happiness—until his world shatters. He finds Nancy’s lifeless body in his own apartment.
As he spirals deeper into confusion and paranoia, fragmented memories and dreamlike visions begin to contradict his perception of reality. The closer he gets to the truth, the more the lines between guilt and innocence blur. In the end, Kenneth is forced to confront a chilling realization: he is not just connected to Nancy’s death—he is responsible for it.
